     A new star shall rise in the Haitian sky!!!

   Haiti is a really small country full of people with great and beautiful talent.

   Ricardo Sopin is one of them. At a really young age he learned to dance Ballet and Jazz, and he became an inspiration for many others around him. When he realized that dancing was a passion to him he went back to school at the age of 20 and learned ballroom dancing, after this experience he opened his own personal school in 2002 where he taught the art of dancing to many.

    Ricardo received several trainings. He had the opportunity to work with the best people that the dancing world could offer. In 2003 he went to Cuba where he learned the different Cuban motions and rhythms, in 2005 he flew to England where he studied different strategies and techniques of ballroom dancing under the Supervision of Gus Brown, in 2006 he traveled to France and received training with Brian Watson.

   That year was also a turning point in Ricardo’s life. He realized that he wanted to travel the world and become an International dancer and competitor. Ricardo decided to move to the United States.

     In 2007, he came to South Florida, and opened his personal business with another great dancer Alexandra Prophete where together they offer the best services possible. They are dance instructors, competitors, and performers.

    Ricardo is a Pro-am teacher. In May 2008, he won many first places with different students in the IHSC (International Hustle Salsa Competition) Disco hassle Competition. He is an active member of the Council International of Dance, and the National Dance Teacher of America.
